Branding Mosaic Family Health. Mosaic Family Health is home to the Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency Program, an affiliate of the Medical College of Wisconsin. This included logo design for both Mosaic Family Health and the Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency Program, as well as a style guide, business papers, and brochures.
